Built a mobile-first portal on top of the existing EHR (FHIR bridge). WebRTC video with TURN fallback, SMS/email appointment reminders via Twilio, e-prescription handoff through SureScripts. HIPAA infrastructure: audit logging, encryption at rest, BAAs with all vendors.
